Order Delivery
The products you order are delivered to the cargo company in full and perfect condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products are not damaged when receiving from the cargo. You must inform the cargo officer about your complaints about the damages that may occur during the delivery of the products to the cargo authority. If you want to return it after receiving it, you can use the information in the Product Return section.
Order Delivery time
Your orders will be delivered within an average of 4 business days within Istanbul and 6 business days outside of Istanbul on average. Orders placed after 16.00 on Friday and weekend orders will start to be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 16.00 on Friday will be able to be processed on Monday.
